I’m Carlos Figueira, and I’m currently living in the United States near Seattle, WA. I’m originally from Brazil and I’ve always loved Brazilian cuisine, and so I try my best to make some of the recipes I grew up with (and some others which I think are interesting) by adapting the ingredients to what I can find around here.
